Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Book consultations & appointments for our clients

  • Manage the day to day operation of the clinic

  • Invoice, collect payment, issue credit for our clients

  • Handle complaints and customer requests

  • Maintain the schedule for our doctors & other providers

  • Help with marketing of the clinic

  • Ensure proper record keeping in our CRM system

  • Ensure the clinic stays clean and presentable for our clients

  • Take responsibility for the clinics overall wellbeing and key performance indicators

  • Be punctual and professional
